Password reset is not sending an email

My wife has an account that has not been logged into in quite awhile and she forgot her password.
I went to recover the password but she is not receiving any emails. I am setting up a “Home” enviroment for the family and she is last on the list but would like it on her mobile hence the “friend account” rather than a home user.
Please advise

Have you inspected the spam folder on your hotmail account?

Thank you @OttoKerner I got it sorted.
It appears she blocked noreply@plex.tv… what a goofball!
After I removed that block the emails started to flood in.
