Hoping someone can determine the reason for the below issue.
I have a friend who I share my Plex library with and he has forgotten his Plex password.
He has tried the password reset option a number of times but hasn’t received the email from Plex. I also went to the site and entered his email address as it shows under Sharing in my Plex server and he still didn’t receive the email.
Can you check if he accidentally deleted his account or if the email address has been blocked for some reason?
If it was deleted, please restore the account. If it’s being blocked, please provide details on what the SMTP error your mail server is receiving so he can have his mail service check and/or correct their side.

(I’m not seeing any manner available for providing the email address securely so it’s not visible to the world).
