I’m having the same problem as many: I cannot get my original plex account, brucehsld, to send a reset email. I’ve used the email address I signed up with, to no avail. I created a new account, so messages from Plex are not getting caught in my spam filters. I’m assuming this is a backend issue. Can anyone from Plex comment on the problem and give us a sense of when it will be fixed?

Got to https://www.plex.tv/sign-in/password-reset and enter your email there. You will get an email with instructions.
This is on the Sign-In Page of Plex.tv Website…
It wasn’t there when I set-up my Account, I couldn’t find it, but I went back later on, & it was there…
I don’t know what I did to get it to show back up, but now it shows for me…
