The Plex windows store app supported keeping the PC awake whilst it was active to, amongst other things, ensure that downloads continued until completed.
The new app doesn’t!
When I was downloading a 6GB film, my Surface Pro 4 went to sleep as I wasn’t active on it.
After resuming, I could see the film was approximately 90% downloaded, however after re-establishing the connection, the download started again from 0%.
This is basic download resume functionality that any current web download understands and implements - why not Plex?
