Peter Rabbit recording but not showing up in my recorded TV library.

I purchased a HDHR PRIME this past weekend in hopes to be able to get rid of my high cost FiOs rental boxes and DVR service. After 2 days of crashing my Plex server after downloading Plex v1.9.3.4290 and seeing all the problems everyone else has had, Not even sure y this version is available with all the bugs it has with Live TV and DVR? I have downgraded back to v1.9.2.4285 and Live TV and DVR seems to be working for the most part. I am having one problem with what I consider the most important show that needs to e recorded for my grand-son and that is ‘Peter Rabbit’ Plex shows it recording all the way to the end but it never shows up in my recorded TV library. I am running Plex media server on a Windows 10 Pro computer. All other recording seem fine so far, Y is this not working?

Please don’t ask me to post my logs here in public, After reviewing my logs the other day I see information in there like my email address that I am not willing to post here. It floors me the Plex has no other support channel other then this public support. Plex get with the times, Not all support can be handled by users and more to the point I am not willing to post sensitive information to the public.

Good afternoon, I just wanted to report that everything has been working great with Live TV & DVR after you helped me well that was up to the point when I decided to move PMS onto my Synology NAS. I am having trouble with Live TV crashing after several hours, The only way to fix it is a reboot, Would you be willing to look at my logs and see if you can see whats going on?
