When viewing photos in timeline, the plex player freezes on all my players. i tried refreshing my Photos but it still freezes. The players also crashes when I try to view sorting by date taken

I seem to be having a similar problem. I do have 30,000+ photos & videos - not sure if that’s an issue?
I have some other postings saying some people seemed to find it was certain pictures or videos causing problems, but I’m not sure where to look for that (if that’s even the case…).
Any help would be greatly appreciated… We use Plex for all our media, and as a great way to view/access our memories - so when viewing the timeline causes a crash 100% of the time, it’s pretty disruptive.

I don’t think it was certain files for me, because I deleted my photos library, added it back and then everything was good. A week later I had to redo my library, but it’s been good for weeks now. It takes a while and is screwey trying to add a library with the same name, but it works itself out. You probably have to wait an hour to add the new library so plex server don’t get confused. My server is on a windows 11 computer and I feel it just gets currupted.
