Photos: low resolution - bug?

Hello,

my photos library consists of high resolution photos. Both on iOS and Chromecast the photos presented by Plex are inadequate (low resolution copies). How do I change it?

I really hope there is a way around it – as of now photos library is useless.

Would you:

  1. provide screenshots
  2. XML / media info which shows the photo details
  3. PMS and related app versions

Without this info, we cannot replicate your findings

I’d very much appreciate a reply… though as I’ve seen numerous posts about this (low quality photos streaming) I’m kind of resigned. I’m a Plex Pass subscriber.

Can I use Plex for high quality photos display?
