Plex on the local machine works flawlessly. Movies and TV shows play perfectly when accessed remotely.
However, I am unable to access photos remotely. I can see the folders images, and thumbnails; but when I open on a picture, it just shows a placeholder image. Please help.
How large are your image files? See this thread for info regarding Plex’s limitation.
I appreciate the response. This was a functionality I had up until just a few weeks ago. I noticed that I could no longer download images then, a few weeks later, I noticed that the images wouldn’t even appear remotely.
This is definitely not a problem with any setting that I have changed. My images are well below that threshold and these exact images were viewable without any problem not long ago.
