when i access my photos through plex on my phone it only shows photos in thumbnail size abd when i click on photo to enlarge it doesnt?on my laptop in says unable to load?
How large are the image files on the storage drive? Plex has a default limit of approximately 100MB. That can be changed, but only do so if necessary, and don’t increase it much beyond what you actually need. It can affect performance. The setting to look for is TranscoderPhotoFileSizeLimitMiB.
