I have installed rasplex as per the rasplex installer. Its the pi2 version.

 

Once its booted and the openelec screen has appeared I get a few lines on text across the top of the screen then the screen goes blank.

 

Any ideas??

Yes, you have to wait while the file system is expanded and system initialisation completes on first boot, just be patient! Subsequent boots will be quicker.
