I have looked and looked into this. I even found old post on this forum talking about it from a few years back. At some point in 2021, this became a thing and users were able to pin their collections on Home Screen. I tried it myself in 2024 and the option is not there.
Did it go away? Is there a way to do this? Thanks.
I have all updated web and server builds but it still does not show VISIBLE ON.
Are you admin of the server? If not you can’t pin collections. This can only be done by admins.

If it’s not that, then it must be the Plex Pass. The ability to set a collection to appear on the home screen or library Recommended screen is a premium feature and requires an active Plex Pass subscription.
Yeah it requires a Plex Pass. I’ll get the other article updated with that info as well.
The publish collection was released in 2021 and it was mentioned in release notes.
