PIP can crash by going directly to home once in PIP mode

Server Version#: 1.18.2.2015
Player Version#: 7.24.0.13560

I made a video of the problem.
If I start a movie/episode from preplay screen, go into Picture-In-Picture mode, go left to find sources, click on Home, then the PIP overlay will turn grey, stop and I’ll be finally sent back to Home screen.

Is this intended to stop PIP ?
