PiP does not work on iOS14.2 and iPadOS14.2 for Live TV & DVR

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Launch Plex on iPad / iPhone
  2. Go to Live TV & DVR section
  3. Play some TV station live stream
  4. Choose PiP (Picture in Picture) option in the top right of the video
    => Stream play stops, returns back to the TV guide, video stops
  5. Tap again on the same TV station to play again
    => Nothing happens, TV station cannot be played
  6. Tap to any other TV station to play
    => Another TV station successfully plays
