Plans to upgrade to OpenElec 7.0?

Are there any plans to upgrade the OpenElec platform to use version 7.0b3? I have an older graphics card that is not supported with the 6.0 Generic build?
May 1st OpenElec released an update that merges the Legacy code into the Generic build. http://openelec.tv/news/22-releases/180-beta-openelec-7-0-beta-3-released

Or any possibilities of providing an OpenElec 6.0 Legacy build of OpenPHT?
I am also willing to build my own if that is necessary, if I could be pointed in the right direction.

I have been stuck on Plex Home Theater for a while now, because of my graphics card, I can’t update to OpenPHT. And I absolutely HATE PMP… With the new update of PMS, my watched status is not being tracked on my PHT install - so I figure it is officially time to bite the bullet and either upgrade to openPHT(do not want to have to buy a new graphics card, this one is perfectly fine…) or rollback to PMS 0.9.16(which I also do not want to do, as I feel like I will be stuck on that release for a looooong time, if not indefinitely.)

Any suggestions?

Thanks!

We now align with LibreELEC instead of OpenELEC, and the recent 1.6.2 release is already at 7.x.

The Legacy build of OpenPHT has already been merged.

Load up the Legacy build from the releases page on GitHub and you should be good to go.

That is such great news, it is not even funny!
I am off to check that download out! Thank you very much NedtheNerd!

Ned - I am not seeing a legacy build? Has it been merged into the Generic build?

Thanks

As I said ‘The Legacy build of OpenPHT has already been merged.’
