Play Back Error; remote users

Locally not getting any play back errors running plex through 4 Roku Ultras.
Three different people in three differnt states using three different ISP are all of a sudden getting
Play Back Errors on Roku sticks or Smart TV’s.
The ONLY common issue is that yesterday my Spectrum internet went down for a few minutes.
I power cycled modem/router, but that was it… The all said that this play back error states around 7:00pmEST.
Not changed any settings on PLex Server ( running on Windows 7 )… not changed any settings on Router

any ideas???

Same issue here. Running latest Plex container image, all good locally but users get intermittent remote playback errors when starting a new stream, navigating the library is fine. I believe it must be a Plex issue.

I’ve had a few issues lately with remote users. Once they change their remote speed under settings, they were able to stream again. Hope this helps.
