Plex Home users reporting playback issues since last week

Hello,
Plex Media Server running on Windows 10. has been flawless for remote users streaming on Roku and using home accounts for at least 1.5 years.

Users have been reporting issues these last few days. Is there any issue with either Plex or Roku updates that I should be aware of?

Any solutions?

it can be issue with network or client. Try rebooting the server and router switch etc and see if the problem persist.
Also it matter’s what type of files every trying to stream as it matter of chock if high bit rate files might bottleneck the bandwidth. If you have pass then check the bandwidth monitor to see if the network is at full or 80%+
