Hello everyone in the community, is there any way to play the content without converting?
I just need to play back the original quality content.
Would anyone have a solution?
Converting is consuming 100% of my CPU.
If you don’t see the option to play original then that means it’s not possible. Is that a 4K hevc 10-bit file? Browsers can’t handle that.

That would be a 4K Remux.
That doesn’t tell me anything.
If you prefer, post the xml from Plex for that video.

I understand, so where is playback compatible? 
Not quite sure what you mean. If you are asking what is compatible, it depends on the browser. An easy check is to drop the fine info a browser tab. If it plays, it’s compatible, if it tries to download the file, it’s not compatible.
So I just want a way to disable or play content without conversions, as this is consuming 100% of my CPU.

If you want to play it through plex, then get a plex client suitable for your device.

I am happy to be a subscriber to Plex Pass, so I hope to help with the project.
But after running multiple tests on multiple devices, I came to a conclusion.
Having a plex server is not for everyone, I recommend having hardware (cpu) capable of running “Transcoder”.
Anyway, at one time or another the plex will find it necessary to activate the “Transcoder”.
Are several variables, in which, the Plex will analyze if it is necessary or not the activation of the “Transcoder”.
The Plex server itself is awesome.
