Plex is currently only supporting 4K H265 8bit, instead of 10 bit. And when I'm trying to play 4K H265 10bit content, it will convert it to 1080P.
What is “Plex” in your case?
Codec support varies greatly, depending on the used client platform.
If you want Direct Play of 4K HEVC HDR material, try a more powerful client instead of a web browser.
