Can someone explain how the Play Counts and Skips are calculated? The post referred seems to have conflicting information. I would like to use this meta-data to create some smart playlists.
If the music library is set to track progress, “Played” is calculated at 90% (maybe 80%), I have to double check. If the library does not track progress, it will be at 50%.
“Skip” is if you start playback but stop before it hits the numbers above.
Skip is counted if the track changed between two and twenty seconds in, and the track duration was over 40 seconds.
