Play Stations App are not working

Hi,

The PS5 app is not working, the X button it doesn’t work to select the movies. I tried with 2 different controllers and a friend of mine tried too with his PS5 and does not work too. And when I use the pause button and then play I received Playback Error with everything. If I try to play the same thing on my phone or computer it works fine.

With the PS4 app I have the same issue of Playback Error.

Having the same issue. Tried to reinstall the app and it crashes at the Plex logo. I think their latest update is corrupt. I’m surprised they were even able to push it through Sony Cert.
