أواجه مشكلة متكررة عند تشغيل تطبيق Plex على جهاز PlayStation 5.

تفاصيل المشكلة:

  • التطبيق يعمل بشكل طبيعي لمدة دقيقة إلى دقيقتين، ثم ينهار ويغلق تلقائيًا مع ظهور رسالة خطأ (Error Code إذا موجود).

  • المشكلة تحدث فقط على PS5، أما على الأجهزة الأخرى مثل: iPhone، iPad، الكمبيوتر، وAndroid TV، التطبيق يعمل بشكل طبيعي.

  • قمت بتجربة المشكلة على عدة أجهزة PS5 مختلفة ونفس الشيء يحدث.

I am experiencing a recurring issue with the Plex app on PlayStation 5.

Problem details:

  • The app works normally for 1–2 minutes, then crashes and closes automatically with an error message (include Error Code if available).

  • This issue happens only on PS5. On other devices like iPhone, iPad, PC, and Android TV, Plex works perfectly.

  • I tested this on multiple PS5 consoles, and the same problem occurs.
