I have 2 versions of 4K movies on my server. One being a full rip from disc and another transcoded in handbrake for streaming purposes. Whenever members press “play version” and chose the smaller file, it appears to still play the larger default file. I have tested it on Roku, android TV, and NVIDIA shield without issue. Only appears to occur with fire tv users. Anyone having a similar issue?
I have been unable to reproduce this on my own FireTV. Are you able to provide a bit further information? Such as what model FireTV, the version of the app and possibly logs from the device?
