Playback crashes when skipping video while transcoding DTS Audio

I Recently discovered, that whenever I skip or scrub around in a movie or tv show which has a DTS Stereo or DTS 5.1 or higher audio codec, then the playback just stops! It does show the spinning in the middle but after like a minute it just crashes out with a playback error!
When I let the video play, and do not “move around” then it works as intended.

And this only happens with the above codecs. I guess it has to do with transcoding, because these codecs are always getting transcoded.

Hello. Samsung doesn’t support DTS on Tizen plus the 2021 Tizen models have one or more bugs that Plex has to work around. You’ll have to search to learn more on that. It’s a pain, but I recall something about multiple audio tracks. Also as a general rule, remove all subs you don’t want, especially if there are dozens of them.

We could invesitgate your server logs and smart tv log if you want to get into it.
