Playback Error - An error occurred loading items to play

In the Plex App under music it is showing 10073 tracks. When I try and shuffle them all I get: “Playback Error - An error occurred loading items to play.”

I can select my playlists and they work and I tried creating a playlist for all 10073 tracks but it fails with same error.

I tried a “Optimize Database” and it completed fine but I still get the same error.

Anyone know how to fix this?

I purchased the Plex Pass as my Sonos system was having issues with all my tracks from some reason even though I read it supports 65000 tracks.

I am getting used to the Plex Apps and being able to control one app from another device which is kind of nice and similar to what Sonos lets me do from one device to another.

Also my Plex app on my Android phone shows 116696 items in the Music playlist where as the desktop app and the online app show only 10073? I have 2.16TB of music
