I disabled the Transcoding, but still unable to view certain series and movies. Playback Error “An unexpected playback problem has occurred”

I have seen similar problem on FireTV and trying to view from web browser

I think the issue may be related to AVI files. Does anyone know if the LG PLEX app no longer supports avi

I’m having the same issue on my LG WebOS tv. It was working fine before the update.

Ty Optimizing videos and see if it works. It worked for me.

You are right the issue was not there before.
