Playback Error - Conversion failed. A required codec could not be found or failed to install

Hi,

This issue only appears to be happening in Chrome. Android and iOS work fine. This also only seems to happen with some files, not all.

Conversion failed. A required codec could not be found or failed to install.

Any help is appreciated. Thank you for your time.
