Playback error Error code: s1001 (Network)

Server Version#: 1.15.4.919-8e2884e4b
Player Version#: Plex Web

Not sure how to provide logs for debug, but since today, all items added to my tv shows library, nothing of them added today will play, all items added prior to today play fine, the files or disk isn’t corrupt, because I can view them in another player. I don’t know what to do to fix it. Also, when I try to empty trash from tv show section, it says an error occurred and it cannot be done, my other libraries empty trash fine.

Files added today :

Files from before today :

Does this fix the problem for you?

I don’t see the movie pre-roll video field anywhere

Nevermind, found it under extras and it is clear, there is nothing in that field.

Hrm… maybe try perusing these threads with the same issue and see if something helps:

sadly nope, tried searching for similar posts and did what was suggested in them.

Here are the logs

Plex Media Server Logs_2019-04-17_23-14-52.zip (3.9 MB)

Hopefully someone who understands them might help me find a solution to it all… seems that it happened after I updated my Plex server, is there a way to revert? or am I stuck until they bring out an update that fixes it?

Okay, something even more bizarre, I can’t seem to add any other folders to my TV Shows section, it won’t add them.

I am at a total loss now.

Looks like you are in need of a database repair/recover.
