Playback Error just on all players but Android

Here in the last few days or so I’ve noticed that I get a “Playback error, an error occurred loading items to play” when I try to play most of my movies. This occurs on Xbox, LG WebOS, and the Plex Web player on Firefox. But it only happens on most of my movies and so far none of my tv shows or music are having problems. I have no issues playing any file on Android however.

Any idea how to fix this?

Is it possible this is related to the certificate issues others are experiencing?

A hail mary of just completely restoring my plex app data from a week ago has fixed the issue. Really wish I knew what caused it though.
