Playback error on Web UI

Player Version#:3.104.2

For the last few weeks ive been getting an playback error when ever I use the UI, or my roku. on my Plex Media Player it plays back just fine. I also noticed that if i login to the server its self and use the UI it works as well.Plex Media Server Logs_2020-04-24_19-21-09.zip (2.0 MB)

3.104.2 is a really old version. Are you sure that’s the right version you have?

yeah i can install the newest version, but thats not the issue. the issue is the web player…

ive also done a clean reinstall and still have the issue.

You can’t undate/manually install the Web Player. I don’t think you are talking about Plex Web.
