Hello, plex was working on my samsung TV and then for no reason it seems to have stopped.
I did recently get an new laptop and plex has been a bit slow since I set it up again. Insecure connections are enabled on both the server and TV. Plex is working fine on my laptop. Most of the time I can get into my server fine on the TV, but it is slow. Sometimes it says it can’t connect to the server and to make sure the server is on, which it is.
When it does allow me to enter the server on my TV when I try to play anything it will sluggishly let me select something and then I get the black screen and orange circle of doom until I get a Playback Error, An unexpected playback problem has occurred.
I can see it trying to play on the dashboard from my laptop, it says the connection is indirect, but I don’t think that should be a problem.
Please help, I am not tech savvy and I have been attempting to fix this for far to long with no changes. Thanks
