Playback Error

Just moved to a WDMyCLoudMirror G2 device to store my library and I am running into some issues.

The library folder is located on my WD NAS, which has a wired connection to my router and I am of course using the local WD Plex app (installed it manually from the Plex site, no problem there).

The issue is the library is taking FOREVER to sync. And if I try to play a tune from the web interface on the WD, I get playback error (s1001-Network).

Also if I try to search the library on my Samsung TV via the Plex app, I get no results. Everything is on the same network, so I don’t understand why the issues…

I am not using Plex for video, from all that I read, doesn’t sound like transcoding for video on this device is really supported anyway. I just want to be able to access my music without all these issues.

What can I do?
