Hello dear community, I have now added some 4K videos to the server. HEVC Format / REMUX. With the iPhone or iPad I can play the movies wonderfully via Plex without buffering or stuttering. On my LG Plex client, unfortunately, the opposite. Some films start, but stutter constantly. So buffering. Others, on the other hand, don’t start at all. There I get the error message: Playback error I should deactivate direct play, which I did. Nevertheless, the error message only appears without the note with the DirektPlay. Can someone help me with that? I would like to watch the films on the TV without any problems.
