Many files on my server are unwatchable when shown through the android TV plex app, or via chromecast.
Green bars appear on the top and bottom of the screen, and the actual video playback constantly stutters (not buffering, the video is just very jumpy).
I’ve found a few other topics on here related to this, but I couldn’t find any with any sort of acceptable solution.
