I can’t get one movie to play on any player starting with server

I have one video movie that will not play in any of the players. On the server it just spins when I try to open. On a remote like my Appletv or iPad player I get the message the network is not fast enough then it just spins.

I get that message about the network not fast enough even though I have a gigabit server with the Plex server plugged directly into the router and appletv directly connected to.

I’d say it is trans coding can you please post the xml of the Movie file, that will help someone diagnose

After looking at your issue, MKV Toolnix version 45 or higher should resolve your issue, it’s free and should work

Thank you very much. That MKVToolNix fixed whatever was wrong with the file. I was able to encode it to A mkv file afterwards that works on my Apple devices and everything now works on all Plex viewers.

I never heard of this program but it was great whatever it did. Thank you very much.
