Playback has stopped due to multiple playback errors

I am having playback problems on my ROKU device.
Roku software version is 10.0.0
Build is 4208
Currently up to date according to Roku.
PLEX is version 1.22.3.4392

I get the message ‘playback has stopped due to multiple playback errors’
is this bandwith issues? Is it someything else? Super annoying, anyone have any suggestions?

My Roku is CAT 5 connected into 10/100 switch where my MacMini (Late 2014 2.8 GHz Dual-Core Intel i5 model) is also connected

I am experiencing the same issue on Roku Build 4213-48 and Plex 6.8.3.7132…

Not on all the files but the ones I currently have issues with are .avi 1280x720, Bitrate of 3.6Mbps AC3 5.1.

It was working fine before

It’s working on ios and FireStick
