I’m on an Android 10 tablet supporting H264 baseline L4.1.
It fails to play the following file, although it’s H264 baseline L4.1:

Of course the same happens with same specs other media, but I’m sure this worked in the past.
Device is set with no pass-through and original quality, with no data limitation.
Server has video transcoding disabled (never needed), no idea about audio transcoding cause I could find no settings, but I saw it transcoding to Opus with Plexamp.
