Downgraded server to 1.22.0.4163. Still the same issue with choppy video.
Console shows a bunch of transcoder errors. Attaching logs

blew out the full installation for PMS. Re-added media. Still no-go. Still seeing transcoder errors.
Issue is only with MKV file. MP4 files play fine.
Someone please help!!!

I had a very similar problem, rolling back from the most recent update to 1.22.3.4392 seems to have resolved it for me.
