Playback issues since new update

I have it on every device, LG Plex client, apple tv …
Just checked for enhanced and it was disabled but with enabled same issue’s.

PMS update and windows update is what happened as far as I know.
But did PMS rollback and uninstalled win updates without any luck so far.

edit: Friend of mine is playing on chromecast without any issue’s.
Thinking of apple related maybe, but chrome web (also on macos) has issue’s.
