Playback not working on non-webapp players for DVR items

It’s been MANY MANY updates and weeks since this bug surfaced and it’s still causing problems. I was hoping that the bug would be fixed by now. My dockerized Plex server is having Transcoder issues, even when it should be direct playing, for my DVR recorded items.

I get this error on every player, but the webapp.
