Playback on a Playstation 4 is too fast

For the past few days, every single video I play from all three servers is too fast. I looked everywhere and did not find any help whatsoever. I don’t know what else to do.

Having tested on my PS4, both wired and wireless, movies from SD to 4k, I’m unable to reproduce this error that you have.

Okay, so I have decided to try to troubleshoot it myself (again), beginning with checking for updates on all three Plex servers.

Specs for the three Plex servers:

  1. MacBook Pro with Retina Display (2013); 4 GB RAM, Intel Core i5 2.4 GHz, Plex Media Server v1.2.6.2975-9394c87, macOS Sierra 10.12.1
  2. Mac Mini; 4 GB RAM, Intel Core i5 1.4 GHz; Plex Media Server v1.2.6.2975, macOS Sierra 10.21.1
  3. Dell Inspiron 1525; 2 GB RAM, Intel Core 2 Duo 2 GHz; Windows 10, Plex Media Server v

I had no problems playing the movie on my Xbox 360 (via the Plex app). Currently having issues with updating the Plex server on my Dell laptop, so I will update that when, or if, it gets updated.
