Playback problems with Xbox Preview!

Player Version#: 2.19.4.70
Plex on Xbox’s using the 19H1 Preview will not play back films, I have tried 3 different films and all just sit with a spinned circle for more than 10 mins, yet If I try the same files on my TV app, non preview Xboxs they all work fine.

Also When watching things under and hour in length it works fine
