Im having trouble lifting the playback restriction for IOS (Macbook Pro)… it says that i need to make a one off purchase, which ive done but it still states there is a playpack limit in effect and that i need to make the purchase… when i go through the process again i simply go round in a loop… i offer to buy it again, it says i already have it… it asks if i want to download it again for free so i say yes as it clearly cant recognise my existing download… it tells me this was successful and then i go to watch something and then an error pops up saying ‘uh oh, the operation couldnt complete, please try again’… and round it goes. Please help
