Playback limit

Got this message when using Plex on my iPhone, so paid the £4.99 and was happy, using the same login details I start to use my Plex app on my iPad and see the same playback limit message and it asking for another payment. I then notice the apple ID differ from my iPhone and iPad, so I log out of the iPad, reset it, logged in with the same ID on both devices now and redownload Plex on the iPad, logged in again to match everything on my iPhone but still same playback limit message on the iPad. Any ideas.

  1. Make sure you are using the Apple ID that made the purchase.
