Playback stopping every 10 minutes

Hi all.

This is my first post in here, so please forgive any lapses in protocol (or more likely just being dumb)

I've been successfully and happily using PlexConnect on my aTV3 for months - the help and assistance has always been great (particularly with the Certificates issue a few months back) but I've got a recent problem that doesn't seem to be covered anywhere.

When I'm playing a video file back on the aTV, it stops after about 5-10 minutes of playback. It lets me resume where I left off, but it's just very annoying.

I found a similar issue in the Roku forums, and the fix there was updating the ffmpeg files,  but that was from over 2 years ago.

I've updated to the latest builds of PMS (0.9.8.18.290) and Plex Connect (0.3.1+) but the problem remains - if anything, from upgrading from 0.9.8.18 from .17 , it seems to crash sooner (but that might just be my imagination)

Here is the Terminal log from the time where it stopped (10.53.49)

Hopefully its just something simple - as I said, I haven't tried the ffmpeg fix for the Roku.

I have no issues watching files on either ipads or iphones - they work fine, which is why I think its either an aTV or PlexConnect issue.

Thanks!

Nate

EDITED TO ADD::

The issue occurs on multiple file types - .avi , .mkv, .mp4 files

Plex Connect Log File attached (stoppage around 11.29)

Apple TV Version 5.3 (6105)
ATV DNS - 192.168.0.41
IP address of ATV 192.168.0.4
IP address of PMS 192.168.0.41
PMS OS - OSX Mavericks 10.9.1

Sounds like a transcriber issue on the PMS does it for to 100% CPU when this is happening?

Are you using external subtitles?

Once playback starts the communication is between PMS and the ATV, plex connect is not doing anything at this part
