Playback stops abruptly but then when i click it again it's fine

Server Version#: 1.13.5.5332
Player Version#: Latest Fire TV (second Gen)

Hello, recently I’m having a problem where if I click on a file through the FireTV Plex app, it plays for about 3 secs and then it stops. Right after it stops, I click the file again and it plays fine. Here is some snippets from my server log. Any thoughts?
