playback with 360 app failing

both a remote user and myself are having issues getting playback to work on my server via 360. i think it may have to do with my server as i can play video from a friend’s plex server with my 360 no problem. when ever i click play it does the trying to load animation, then nothing. unless its something i started watching, then it asks if i want to pick up where i left off, then does the animation, then nothing. the animation doesn’t last for more than 2 seconds.

i’ve attached my media server log, inside there is both my connection(192.168.1.214) and my friend’s connection(47.65)

apologies, i added the entire log, not just from when the issues started. this is the correct one.

It seems you and several other users are having this issue as of recent. A friend I share my library with also gets the same problem on his 360. The movie’s play just fine on his chromecast, iPad and iPhone. So it’s definitely something with the 360 app.

I hope you / someone finds a solution.
