Player says library folder is empty but it really isn't

HDHomeRun recorded a football game to NAS.

Using Plex on Samsung TV, Windows platform, and Android devices I try to play back the game. I navigate to the folder where the file is. Plex says folder is empty. Game file is there and can be played back by other means. Game file is 13,190,090 KB in size and mpg type.

I tried using Scan and Refresh options but there is no change on Plex view of the folder.

I don’t have this problem with other programs recorded that are smaller.
