Looking for help on what may not be a Plex issue. I have a player that is new. It is a Ryzen based platform with an Intel ARC 380. It begins to play videos just fine using direct play except audio. No audio at all on nearly all videos. I have to force it to use transcode form the server and it plays audio just fine. I am at a loss why this setup will not play audio.
