Playing music from 'Folders' view

I’m not having a problem so much as wanting to ask a question. I’ve got a couple folders on my plex server where I put different MP3s in custom folders - ‘Adrenaline Mix’, ‘Relaxing Mix’, etc. You get the hint.

When I’m listening from my laptop, I keep it in ‘Folder View’ which shows Title, Album Artist, Artist, and Album. I know I can turn on other items (one of which I’d expect, Track Number, isn’t available to choose) but those are the ones I use.

What is the default play order if I choose the first one in the list? It always jumps around and I can’t determine the play order.

Anyone help me out on this?
