Hello,
I’m running the latest version of plex on my Mac with OSX.
I’ve spent the easter weekend ripping hundreds of mixed DJ compilations and CD’s and now when I finally go to listen to all the music there is a space of no sound between every track making the whole experience unlistenable. Very much like the same problem the first iPods had 18 years ago. I’m using Apple TV, iPad and iPhone to playback music. I see there is a closed thread on gapless music, but it say implemented so surely it can’t be the same thing because it hasn’t been implemented.
Also it’s talked about as a feature! It’s a nessary part of the funcionality in 2019 because music can’t be played how it should be. How can music be even advertised as a feature if music can’t be played back wihtout gaps? Honestly I’m a bit miffed about this and hope I’m confused in my old age.
Can Plex playback mixed music or continous music without destryoing the experience of having gaps of no sound? I’ve tried it on my Mac, Apple TV and iPad.
